For orders shipped from our Nepal warehouse to international destinations, returns are handled via our USA logistics hub to ensure faster processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to the USA studio.
Due to the personalized energy and artisan nature of our jewelry, returns are only accepted if the item is in its original packaging with safety seals intact. Custom "Sacred Geometry" jewelry pieces are final sale unless damaged during transit.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via the National Payment Gateway. Please allow 5-10 business days for the USD credit to appear on your statement after we receive the return.
